Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in Hong Kong at Continental Diamond eShop. Upon purchasing any items at Continental Diamond eShop, you can enjoy local free shipping with our designated courier. You can also pick up your order at our Continental Diamond store in Hong Kong. (Note: Free shipping is not applicable for all oversized / fragile gifts-upon-purchase. Such gifts can only be picked up at our Hong Kong store. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage occurred during shipping.)

Hong Kong Local Delivery Service

The website directly sends the item to the delivery address provided by the payer when the order is filled in. Delivery is mainly made through registration service provided by delivery companies we assigned at times. The delivery service is not available to restricted areas, hotels and mailboxes.

If the product is readily available in stock, we will ship your order within 3-7 working days from the time your order has been processed. Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that if Continental Diamond eShop products are returned because of undeliverable address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. Any balance will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card.

Self-Collection at Store

When filling in order form, simply select "Pick up at store". Payer has to collect the item himself/herself and must bring along "Notice of Collection" and present proof of identity and credit card or debit card for payment for verification.

Order Tracking

You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at Continental Diamond eShop. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company selected.

Shipping & Packing

Every item from Continental Diamond eShop is packed in a specially designed gift box and wrapped carefully. We also take time to individually wrap every piece of jewellery to perfection, using several layers of packing paper to ensure your gift arrives safely and beautifully.

Warranty & Repairs

Continental Diamond eShop gladly provide maintenance and repairing services to you for your purchased products at Continental Diamond store. Please contact our customer service team, by emailing cs@contidiamond.com for the arrangements.

Please pay attention to the following policy:

• All gold products maintenance and repairing services are only available for the product purchased in the past one year (*Kindly refer to the invoice issuing date), overdue request will not be accepted, and repair cost is required.
• The possibility of warranty is determined case by case. Our professional craftsmen have to perform examination for the products. In addition, the maintenance and repair cost is subject to the products. For enquiries, please contact the staff of Continental Diamond store. We reserve all rights to change and cancel these maintenances and repairing services at any time.
• The shipping fees and the related costs of sending the goods for repairing shall be covered by customer.
